Returns
Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Report damaged or wrong items within 48 hours with photographs.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the fault was ours.
Joining packages
A joining package order that has already activated a member ID and generated income to the upline cannot be refunded.
